How Hire Like Fire is responding to COVID-19 

We want to let everyone that is currently being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic know that our hearts go out to you and that you are not alone. We are all feeling the shared strain of COVID-19, and it is important to remember that we are all experiencing this as a community united. 

Our company believes in the power of community and good stewardship, so in keeping with these values, we are joining other businesses that continue to operate during this humanitarian and economic crisis in making some adjustments to ensure the health and safety of the amazing people we work with.

Team Policies

Due to the nature of our business, all virtual assistants placed by us already work remotely. However, our team here at Hire Like Fire will be conducting all work in the company remotely and will be suspending all in-person meetings until further notice. 

Clients and Events

Until further notice, we are also suspending in-person meetings with our clients and will be refraining from attending any events. However, we remain dedicated to our clients, and can still be reached via telephone, email, or through our website. 

Looking Forward

The Hire Like Fire team will continue to release updates with any developments – especially if they impact our clients or team. 

Finally, since we are a company dedicated to giving back to our community, we will be selecting and donating to nonprofit causes that provide relief for those impacted by COVID-19. We will make an announcement of our selections in the very near future. 

We want to thank everyone we work with for their amazing determination and diligence and we wish everyone a safe and healthy passage through this trying time. 

Effective Immediately: We are ceasing operations

We want to start off by thanking our excellent team here at Hire Like Fire. While our company has been a new force in the human resources industry, we still like to think that we made a discernable impact in our mission to truly re-define the HR industry. However, due to COVID-19 and the resulting complications due to this global pandemic, we are regretfully unable to continue our mission and must cease operations indefinitely.

While this may be the end of your experience as an employee at Hire Like Fire LLC, and though this spells the end for the company as a whole. We extend our sincerest gratitude as well as hope that this development can be a new beginning for each and every one of our exceptionally talented members of our team. 

We promise to help in any way possible with your search for a placement with another company Whether you need letters of recommendation, character references, phone calls on your behalf, etc, it is the least we can do to provide this assistance. This notice of termination is by no means a communication of dishonorable character or inability to perform your essential job functions. We can honestly certify that you have been an exemplary member of our staff here at HLF. 

Finally, we offer our sincerest apologies to all impacted by this closure – from partners, clients, employees, etc. This unforeseen development may have dampened our spirits, but we wish you all the best in your future endeavors as we all try to navigate the dark waters of these troubling times.
